Jim has been in the sales profession since 1973. He has been able to acquire a vast experience in selling over his career. From “Door to Door” and being the director of retail operations for a chain of retail stores, to licensed product sales for the NFL.
He entered the Real estate business after some time in the new home construction business and later found his niche and then became specialized in foreclosures, first time home buyers and investors.  He is now one of the two Broker/Owners for Sellstate Gulf Coast Realty. They are responsible for helping banks liquidate properties throughout the Gulf Coast.
Jim is married 32 years to his best friend, Lynne. They have 2 boys and live in Gulf Breeze. PJ, their oldest just received his masters in physics from the University of New Mexico. Boomer is attending the University of North Florida pursuing a Construction Management Degree.  Our family enjoys skiing, golf; riding our bicycles and watching the Steelers win 6 Super bowls.
