 Director, Marketing & Business Development
|
In his role as Director, Marketing & Business Development, Shane Stults is responsible for the development and performance of all lead generation and marketing activities for Sellstate Gulf Coast Realty. He ensures maximum profitability for the company through strategic outreach, implementation of training programs, and expansion of educational opportunities for our agents. His leadership enables the team to grow with the vision and values of the company.
Shane moved to Florida in 2005 while working as a recruiter for the Air Force. As someone who genuinely loves to help others, he discovered a passion for uniting people with jobs that answered their career goals. He joined Sellstate Gulf Coast Realty in July 2009 after holding an Executive position with a local Executive Search Firm and retiring after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force he specialized in Nuclear Electronics. His job brought him to states throughout the U.S. and led him to work with dignitaries and ambassadors in countries across the globe. He is certified in corporate leadership, currently an active Board Member with Workforce Escarosa and involved with Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Air Force Sergeants Association. He lives in Pace, Florida with his wife Janette and their 2 daughters; their son is currently proudly serving in the United States Air Force. |
 Director, Finance and Human Resources

Grace’s role as the Director of Finance and Human Resources is to ensure that the financial standings of the business are reported accurately at all times as well as paying a key role in part of a broad team working closely with the Owners and Corporate office. She is also responsible for the following when it comes to the needs and activities of the organization’s personnel; administration, payroll, agent’s commissions, employee benefits, establishing the organizational culture of Sellstate and compliance with office policy. Born and raised in Brazil, Grace moved to the United States in 1999, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services & Management in 2007. Grace is also a member of the National Scholars Honor Society. Grace joined the Sellstate family in January of 2009. She is very dedicated and enjoys her career at Sellstate with passion. Grace’s spare time is spent with her two children and friends. |
 Agent Liaison

Eve’s responsibilities include assisting broker in recruitment of new agents, facilitate training and development of all agents. Eve also oversees customer and agent interface. (Public relations) She is the liaison between agents and REO department.
Eve began her real estate career as an assistant to a local realtor, and then obtained her real estate license in 2005. She joined the Sellstate family in 2008 and assisted the broker with BPO’s (Broker price opinion) and soon moved to the public relations department and then to her current position. Eve’s spare time is spent with her family, traveling, reading and continuing her education. |
 REO Contract/Closing Coordinator

Once a REO property is under contract Mary’s role is to insure that all documentation is completed properly prior to submission of contract packages to our bank clients, coordinating closing issues with agent and closing agents along with assuring the property is closed within a timely manner.
She is a Northwest Florida native and comes to us with 18 years of closing experience with the last 10 of those being with one of the largest local law firms in our area. Mary is also a licensed real estate agent. |
 REO Offers/Negotiations Coordinator & Assistant to Brandon Vinyard

In her role as REO Offers/Negotiations Coordinator, Ashley is responsible for handling offers and negotiations that are submitted to Sellstate Gulf Coast Realty on all REO properties. She corresponds with Realtors on their offers and ensures they are presented to the Bank.
Ashley moved to Florida at the end of 2007. In 2008 she decided to join the Sellstate team, then known as Approved Properties. She has over 5 years experience in the banking and administrative experience. Ashley is also a licensed real estate agent. Ashley and her fiance live in Navarre with their son. She enjoys spending all her free time with her family. |
 REO Property Coordinator

As the REO Property Coordinator, Mary ensures that tasks related to new assignments are completed and reported to the client. She adds new and updates current MLS listing with important information from the clients. She also works with occupied properties and coordinates the “Cash for Keys” program.
Mary has worked in the real estate field since 2005 as both an assistant and an agent; and has been working with foreclosures since 2006. She is a native Floridian and has resided in the Pensacola are since 2007. She is the proud mother of three sons. |
 REO Asset Expense Coordinator

As Asset Expense Coordinator, Joyce pays any property preservation expenses, including liens and utilities, and in turn, submits those expenses to the owner bank for reimbursement, monitoring that process from start to finish. She also coordinates the contractor bidding process for asset repairs or rehab as requested by the owners.
Her earlier work experience in Ohio included 16 years as Director of Accounting for a wholesale distributor of pipe, valves & fittings. More recently, she created and grew her own business, H2O Parts.com, a valve parts distribution company, which she sold when she moved to Florida in 2004. Joyce enjoys spending time with her daughter here in Pensacola, and her son in Ohio, and always says that her favorite job ever was being their mom. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, decorating, playing piano and singing. She sang in a quartet for over 12 years. |
 REO Senior Valuation Coordinator

Shari oversees the weekly inspections of all the REO properties and the preparation of all monthly reports. She worked as a legal assistant for over 15 years prior to going to work in the real estate field in 2003. Shari is a life long resident of Pensacola. She is married with two children.

 REO Property & Valuation Coordinator

In her role as Valuation Coordinator, Christy is responsible for evaluating the current market conditions to determine and opinion of value for the Sellstate foreclosure department, including analyzing information on the subject property, comparable sales, listings, repairs needed and photos.
She has lived in Pensacola her whole life. Christy has many years of experience in the real estate business, including working as a realtor, office administrator, appraiser and foreclosure researcher. Christy has been married for 10 years and has two girls ages 3 and 6. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |
